What is Koinonia?
UESI is a Movement for the students aiming at ‘evangelism, fellowship, witness and mission’ from September 1954. The second of the four being a crucial part in Christian’s life demands a state level meet in addition to the weekly Bible study, monthly prayers, meetings, district and regional level conferences; hence, conferences were organized annually which turned triennial by the name TRICON and now it is quadrennial, by the name Koinonia. Koinonia is more of coming together of every individual (students and graduates) taking part in the ministry belonging to the fifteen regions of Tamil Nadu enabling us to rise up like eagles more bold and strong focusing on serving the Lord.
Who can attend Koinonia 2026?
Believing Students/Graduates attending EU / EGF Cells and involving in grassroots is only eligible to participate in the conference.
When are the Koinonia 2026 conference dates?
The Koinonia 2026 happens from 15 Jan '26 9.00 AM to 18 Jan '26 1.00 PM.
Where is Koinonia 2026 conference happening?
On the scenic and serene landscape with a cool bay breeze is located our Koinonia’26 venue, 90 km from Chennai and 47 km from Chengalpattu on the East Coast Road (ECR), The Leadership Training Center (LTC) of the Trans World Radio India(TWRI). Landmark: Saravanna Vilas Hotel on the ECR. (A 2 min walk from here to reach the venue)
How much is the contribution, when and how can I pay?

'Registration fee' to be paid at the time of registration but the ‘food and accommodation fee’ can be paid along with the registration fee or at the conference. We encourage you to pay the full conference fee before the conference to ensure hassle free completion of registration.
What is the last date for registration?
Registration will be open from October 2, 2025 and will be CLOSED on December 05, 2025.

I have registered, what next?
The Registrar will process your application after authorization from your region and confirmation email will be sent to you once the registration is accepted. You can proceed to the conference venue ONLY after the receipt of confirmation email from the Conference Secretary.
How early can I arrive at the venue and when can I leave?
You can reach the venue either by Jan 14th evening or 15th morning and can leave the venue post lunch on the 18th.
Do you provide pickup services from the nearest railway station/bus stop??
After getting your registration confirmed, please fill in the link sent, which will enable us to help you reach the venue at ease. On request, can make pick up arrangements from Mugaiyur bus stop (all private and government buses stop here).
How to reach the conference venue?

- By train:
- Trains to Chennai Egmore: Book your tickets until Chengalpattu such that you reach the railway junction before 6 am to use the pickup.
- Trains to Chennai Central (via Arakonam): Almost all the trains reaching Chennai in the morning reach Arakonam junction between 4:00 am and 5:00 am. From Arakonam trains are available to Chengalpattu between 5:00 am and 6:00 am.
Will there be bookstalls?
Yes! There will be UESI PT (Tamil Nadu Branch) Book Room and IVP Book Room from UESI, where good books both in Tamil and English, Study Bibles, Biographies, Devotional, mission related resources from various mission organizations, souvenirs, would be kept for sale. So we request you to bring sufficient cash to grab your own or gift to someone.
What about the accommodation?
Stay will be provided in Dormitories for all participants. Detailed information on accommodation will be sent along with the confirmation letter
Will the sessions be separate for students and graduates?
Teens, HSS Students, College students and Graduates will be having most of the sessions separately. Morning Bible exposition session will be common.
Do we have separate sessions for children?
Yes, children upto age 10 will have enjoyable programs exclusively for them. Children above 11 years of age must attend sessions for the Teens Program.

There is a canteen where snacks and other sundry things will be available.
What should I do if I'm unable to come for the conference?

Can I bring my own vehicle for the conference, how about the parking space?
ONLY vehicles coming on 14th and 15th January 2026 will receive parking pass and can stay till the last day. Please excuse us as we cannot give any passes later for many reasons.
